Hi is there any presets for the Mayerism plugin? I know I can make my own but would appreciate any written that sound good, thanks
Hi, There are currently no presets shipped with the plugin apart from the default one. Brufio Music did share some of his presets you might find interesting: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AdQoFCAvn0s Also I am working on a more complete version that will include presets so stay tuned for that ;)
Hi, I am trying to use the Mayerism plugin on my setup, but it cannot load... My current configuration is: OS: macOS 10.15.8 (Catalina) Logic Pro 10.6.3 (which is the latest version compatible with Catalina) Thank you for your help!
Hi, Are you getting any errors or is the plugin simply not visible in Logic? Could you go to go to Preferences → Plug-in Manager and hit "Reset & Rescan"? And see if it shows up
Love the plugin so far! Quick question — is there a way to push the Mayerism Signature amp harder? I'm looking for a more saturated tone but can't figure out where the gain control is.
The Clean Boost pedal before the amp is your best friend for pushing it harder — crank the gain on that and it'll drive the amp into heavier saturation. The Screamer pedal works great for this too if you want more mid-range bite.
I installed the macOS version but Mayerism doesn't appear in my plugin list in Logic Pro. I've rescanned the plugins but still nothing. Any idea what might be going wrong?
Logic Pro requires plugins to be in the /Library/Audio/Plug-Ins/VST3 folder. After installing, open Logic, go to Preferences → Plug-in Manager and hit "Reset & Rescan". It should appear under "Mayerism" in the manufacturer list.
That worked! The rescan did the trick. Thanks!
